Don't mind me, I've been writing up a storm last year, only to slow down this year due to life happening. I won't spoil it, but got big plans on the horizon! I will say however that you should expect a new book to be published soon

I just have to work on the manuscript, and it'll be up soon, I should be getting to it this weekend the latest, then just need a few tweaks for the cover and all set to go!
That's not the only thing I have coming out this year, I also have a comic thats 12pgs long being worked on, should be up about the same time or sooner, here's a sneak peak

Obviously it's still being worked on, and we'll add the dialogue later, but again, sneak peak. As the title on the homepage suggests, it was originally based on DND, which I was a part of a group until politics reared its ugly head. Due to being the outlier of the group, they showed how tolerant they were by merely kicking me out rather than giving me another chance or a warning. Oh well, miserable old bastards, still think masking works and triggered when their views are challenge, not my concern.
Also, about the comic above, turns out its ch6 of 26, recently finished ch7 but then life got busy, so changed gears a bit. Going to title soon so I can work through the upcoming Retrograde (Saturday the 15th until April 7th, which is probably one of the few monday's you'll be looking forward too)

Now for the reviews, as I got back to my roots and started test driving things, with some observations peppered in

First is the Acura Integra Type S, or ITS for short. 320hp FWD sports sedan with LSD and a 6spd stick, very easy to drive, and fast to boot, even if 0-60 is basically in the 5's, it's not Porsche fast, but for what it is, its solid!
FWD just means you notice a smidge of Torque Steer to simply remind you of which wheels are driving, but for the most part, I was flying up and down rt18 without issues, although the route we took didn't really allow me to test the handling prowess, so other than jug handles, there were no proper opportunities. Still, was a fun toy, my issues were minor, although I do have to note that after driving this black beauty for 10 mins, took me a good couple of hours to get back used to my girl as the clutch here was light whereas while she's not heavy herself, the Bronco has an upgraded clutch spring to eliminate vagueness and it felt abrupt in comparison.
Naw, my only main issues are the price, and the lack of competition; 20yrs ago this would be $15-20k cheaper and the competition would offer sticks, now unless you cross shop this against a WRX or Civic Type R, only competition are BMW and Cadillac for $20k more. Sure, they offer rwd and more power, but they used to be a lot cheaper.
Only minor issue is the brakes as well, but that's more on me, I'm used to the bite of aftermarket pads and rotors, and fortunately, the aftermarket is quite vast, this being one example: https://axionperformanceparts.com/collections/acura-integra-type-s-5th-gen-2023

The other car I drove was a Cadillac CT4, partially because I wanted to get an idea of the chassis as unlike the ITS, you won't find Manual Blackwings hanging around, and also because I got an offer to test drive for a $75 Amazon Gift Card.
Its unfair to compare the base Caddy to its higher ups competitor, but even then, I was underwhelmed on the shorter test drive, mostly due to the ubiquitous awd/2.0t/8spd auto combo every car has

It wasn't bad per say, it just honestly wasn't anything to write home about, it's fine for someone who wanted a bit of class despite its Chevy roots showing in the interior (Same headunit as the company Equinox).
The engine and awd were what neutered it for me, 237hp was fine a decade ago, but now everyone else is making 250-60 for their entry level luxury sedans with 4banger turbos, and the added weight up the awd hampered it. I didn't test drive the Integra A-spec w/the 6spd and 1.5t, feel the weight difference would have offset it having less power than the Caddy, as well as the Limited Slip.
I'm sure I explained the difference before, but:

If the Caddy had a stronger engine or a V6, rwd, less weight and a stick, it'd be more memorable, but it is what it is. In the end, I just came away with a gift card and still yearning to experience the power of a Blackwing, especially when it won a recent comparo vs the BMW M3 and Alfa Giulia QV: https://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/comparison-test/a63181892/2024-alfa-romeo-giulia-quadrifoglio-2025-bmw-m3-competition-2025-cadillac-ct4-v-blackwing/
Still, got to experience it, and as I said before, left a little disheartened knowing that while there are still strong contenders out there, the worlds changed and the options are dwindling. Hopefully in the future, with how things are going, manuals will make a proper comeback.
Still, there's a lot to look forward to this year, a lot of positives on the horizon. Despite not writing last month, got my one story plotlined from now til the end of the Saga and while I'll have to resume with my other two stories, got the ball rolling once again, printing out 5pgs today. I plan on writing a lot more on the blog this year, also will announce my big plans once they happen, although if all goes well, expect Ashley to have a sibling as well!
For now, thanks for taking a look, and have a great day!
